TECHNICAL TERMS OF USE

IBM – Instituto Brasileiro de Mentalidade (“IBM”, “Company”) provides books, digital products, courses, mentorship programs, educational frameworks, and proprietary methodologies globally.

By accessing, purchasing, or using any IBM material, the User fully agrees to the following legally binding Terms.

1. Educational Nature of Content

All content provided by IBM is strictly educational and informational. No material constitutes medical, psychological, financial, legal, therapeutic, or professional advice of any kind.

The User acknowledges full responsibility for any decision, interpretation, or action taken based on the content.

2. No Guarantee of Results

IBM does not guarantee specific results, income, transformation, psychological outcomes, business performance, or life changes.

Results depend entirely on individual effort, discipline, market conditions, personal interpretation, and external variables beyond the Company’s control.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All books, texts, methods, structures, frameworks, models, visual layouts, brand elements, scripts, and proprietary systems are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.

• No reproduction or redistribution without written authorization
• No resale, sublicensing, or sharing of login credentials
• No modification, adaptation, or derivative creation
• No reverse engineering of proprietary methodologies

4. License Grant

Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for private use only.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IBM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from:

• Use or misuse of content
• Interpretation of methodologies
• Business decisions made by the User
• Emotional, financial, or professional consequences

6. Assumption of Risk

The User acknowledges that personal development, mindset training, and entrepreneurial content inherently involve subjective interpretation and individual risk.

The User voluntarily assumes all associated risks.

7. Compliance with Laws

The User agrees to comply with all local, national, and international laws when accessing or using IBM materials.

8. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IBM, its directors, partners, affiliates, and representatives from any claim, demand, or legal action resulting from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

9. International Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international private law principles. Any dispute shall first be submitted to confidential arbitration before judicial proceedings, where legally permissible.

10. Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, the User waives participation in collective or class action claims against IBM.

11. Modifications

IBM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
